The “Luxury Blend” blend includes coffees with great aromatic qualities from several origins from Latin and Central America.
In this tasting you will find the typical characteristics of great wines in natural and washed processes. Also appreciate the notes of toast and caramel on the nose then the notes of caramel and spices on the palate. There is a nice length and the body is nice.
Roasting
The roasting is slow and controlled. Each coffee is roasted independently of each other and only then is the blending carried out. A balance is provided by the work of the roaster between the different origins to respect each coffee and let the aromas of each terroir and process express themselves.
