This coffee is made from the production of several farms located in the Tarrazu region; it is internationally recognized for the quality of its coffees. The particularity of the climate of this region is felt even in the cup, since this coffee offers the perfect and typical profile of Tarrazu: medium and short acidity with chocolate notes.
 In the San Ignacio de Acosta region, there are many villages whose name begins with “San” which means “HOLY” in French. Even the capital "San José" begins with this word. This is why this delicious coffee is so named.
