The History of Ladies Berry
In honor of our meeting with the specialty coffee production of Ms SuSu Aung who chose a company made up of women, from management to picking. A work of excellence combining modernity and know-how within a framework of respect for nature and healthy pickers. In SuSu Aung's plantation, farmers work together and also spend time training themselves to be more independent. Each farmer is the owner and responsible for his plot.
Durable Features
The harvest is manual and selective, drying on an African bed was chosen in order to reduce water consumption. The parchment of coffee cherries is reused as fertilizer. Jungles help protect coffee trees from the sun's rays and prevent erosion during the monsoons.
