This gourmet and fruity coffee has a lovely liveliness on the nose. The aromas of almonds and red fruits exude their delicate scents, on the palate there are flavors of plum, grape and raspberry which are expressed with a round body.
Roasting
The roasting is slow and controlled. Each coffee is roasted independently of each other and only then is the blending carried out. A balance is provided by the work of the roaster between the different origins to respect each coffee and let the aromas of each terroir and process express themselves.
